At the regular Annual General Meeting held on June 11, 2019 in Moscow, members of the Association of Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises "Russian Steel" elected for the next period (two years) the President, Vice President of the Association, the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the Management Committee and the Chairman of the Steering Committee.
Decisions taken:
1. Vladimir Sergeevich Lisin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLMK, was elected to the post of President.
2. The Supervisory Board of the Russian Steel Association was elected in the following composition:
- Alexander Grigorievich Abramov (EvrazHolding LLC)
- Evgeniy Borisovich Zubitsky (PMH Management Company LLC)
- Igor Vladimirovich Zyuzin (Mechel PAO)
- Vladimir Sergeevich Lisin (NLMK PAO)
- Aleksey Aleksandrovich Mordashov (Severstal PAO)
- Dmitry A. Pumpyansky (PJSC TMK)
- Rashnikov Victor Filippovich (PJSC MMK)
- Sedykh Anatoly Mikhailovich (AO OMK)
- Usmanov Alisher Burkhanovich (JSC OEMK, Management Company LLC Metalloinvest)
The Supervisory Board is headed by Anatoly Mikhailovich Sedykh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC OMK.
3. Ivanova Marina Aleksandrovna (from NLMK PJSC) was elected to the position of Vice President and Chairman of the Management Committee.
4. The Management Committee of the Russian Steel Association was elected as follows:

- Marina Alexandrovna Ivanova - NLMK PJSC
- Andrey Leonov Vladi Mirovich - Severstal PJSC

Executive Director of the Association Alexey Sentyurin and Vice President - Chairman of the Management Committee Marina Ivanova presented to the Members of the Association a report on the work done by the Association in the period from January 2018 to 31 May 2019 and a preliminary assessment of the economic efficiency from the implementation of some projects for member companies of the Association.

The Association of Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises "Russian Steel ”brings together the largest producers of metallurgical products in Russia. The Association was founded in 2001 by the leading metallurgical companies of Russia to coordinate efforts to protect the interests of Russian metallurgists and to implement joint projects that are not of a commercial nature. The companies belonging to the Association produce 98% of Russian pig iron, about 90% of steel and Russian rolled stock, about 60% of pipes, as well as a significant share of raw materials for the metallurgical industry.
