“We are very pleased that our sustainable development projects in Chelyabinsk were assessed by representatives of Russian regions. We sincerely believe that the implementation of such social initiatives will create conditions for sustainable development in the region. The projects complement the environmental agreements that we signed with the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexey Teksler. We are progressively implementing our commitments to reduce the impact on the environment by modernizing production. At the same time, we are interested in reducing social tensions in the region, creating a platform for discussing environmental problems, building good-neighborly relations with local communities, and encouraging interesting ideas aimed at improving the urban environment, "said Oleg Korzhov, Mechel PAO General Director. p>
