The hydraulic press allows bending steel and aluminum billets up to 8 mm thick. depending on the selected tool and part width. Molded metal elements are used in the manufacture of strips, corners, brackets used in the assembly of radiator blocks. The maximum force of the new equipment is 135 tons.
At the beginning of the technological process, the operator enters the initial data into the program - the length of the workpiece, the thickness of the metal, the radius and angle of bending. In accordance with the program, he selects the die and punches to shape the future part and the press automatically moves the stops depending on the size and bending stage. Next, the operator needs to set the workpiece and press the pedal.
