The Children of Russia Foundation and the Avtomobilist ice hockey club would like to thank everyone who took part in the charity events dedicated to the International Day against Childhood Cancer. For the purchase of the QIAcube Coect device for the Center for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, 153,900 rubles were raised.
Part of this amount was donated by the Avtomobilist HC fans during the game with HC Sochi, which took place on February 21 at the Uralets ". In the foyer of the sports complex, charitable donations have been established. Special chevrons with the image of a gold ribbon, the symbol of the International Day against Childhood Cancer, were sewn onto the players' uniforms.
To raise funds for updating the technological base of the cancer center, a charity online auction was held from February 19 to February 21 in the @bf_deti_rossii Foundation account ... Three unique jerseys with reproductions of special images were awarded. They were created by the ward of the foundation Lenya Ganeev, which fights against oncology, and the team players Pavel Datsyuk, Yakub Kovarzh and Nikita Tryamkin.
Lenya drew three drawings: a car, the Avtomobilist's mascots - moose and a platform of good which he dedicated to all the children in the hospital. Top hockey players of Avtomobilist offered their unique color solutions for them.
The organizers note: each sports jersey exists in a single copy. Such an acquisition is an excellent lucky charm for the owner and a great way to support children who need help.
