MMK presented import-substituting IT development

The system is a proprietary development of the MMK-Informservice company and is the result of many years of searching for an effective solution for document management in the MMK Group. Initially, for these purposes, foreign development was used, which is morally obsolete in the era of digitalization. Standard solutions in the market of electronic document management systems (EDMS) turned out to be not very convenient to use and did not take into account the specifics of the internal business processes of the plant. Therefore, it was decided to develop its own system. In 2016, a roadmap was developed for the transfer of 10 thousand employees to the ATACH system, and a year later this system was implemented in all organizations of the MMK Group.

MMK-Informservice LLC specialists managed to create a mobile, convenient and efficient system with a friendly interface, which allows working with documents quickly and easily. The development helps to speed up information flows in the enterprise, to organize a single information space, to save the working time of employees. The main advantages of the ATACH EDMS are a simple, intuitive interface that does not require additional training, high speed of work, and the ability to access from mobile devices. In addition, the system provides the ability to integrate with Russian software and any open source software, has connectors to the main accounting and EDM systems, and allows you to make changes to the system without the participation of the developer. Separately, it should be noted the possibility of signing documents with any type of electronic digital signature using any technology.

The ATACH system is ready for implementation both at enterprises participating in the Import Substitution program and in other companies where managers are striving for a modern approach to managing business processes of electronic document flow and corporate communications in their divisions.
