JSC "Shadrinsk Automobile Aggregate Plant" was visited by specialists of the audit company "YURS-Rus", which is an authorized representative of the international company Uited Registrar of Systems Ltd. on Russian territory. Experts conducted a recertification audit of the quality management system of ShAAZ JSC to the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 9001: 2015, GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional requirements of GOST RV 0015-002-2012 in the Oboroncertification system, as well as environmental management systems the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015.
- The validity of the certificates issued three years ago ended, so we had to re-prove the compliance of our system with the declared standards, - said Tamara Kharina, head of the certification department of SHAAZ JSC. - An extensive program of inspections affected all divisions and key processes involved in the production of automotive units and diesel locomotives. The auditors assessed the quality of documentation, personnel training, compliance with the requirements of standards.
Based on the results of the audit, the auditors recommended that the certification body issue certificates for all declared systems to SHAAZ JSC. The head of the expert group Alexander Vorobyov emphasized that the quality management system of ShAAZ JSC is maintained in working order, and also assessed the interest and readiness for dialogue of the enterprise personnel.
Note that the IATF 16949: 2016 standard, which sets the requirements for manufacturers of automotive equipment and auto components, is the highest level of the international quality management system.
- Compliance with the requirements of this standard allows SHAAZ JSC to develop cooperation with car assembly plants and expand its presence in the automotive components market, says Tamara Kharina. - Our consumers take into account the presence of this document when conducting their in-person audits, as well as when deciding on the conclusion of purchase contracts and the volume of purchased products.
Today, SHAAZ JSC is a reliable supplier for almost all conveyors of automobile plants. In particular, the enterprise has the “Maximum” status as a supplier of auto components for the assembly line of the Kama Automobile Plant. This status gives ShAAZ JSC the right to participate in new projects of KAMAZ PTC, as well as to have priority in increasing the share of serial products and supplying new products to the auto giant's conveyor.
