The height of the building from floor to ceiling is 26 meters, an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 5 tons and a lifting height of up to 18 meters will be installed at the top. A mechanical repair shop is necessary to perform maintenance and current repairs of technological equipment of the main production of Bashkirskaya Med 'LLC. “Today, if there is a need for serious equipment repair, you have to contact third-party organizations. Our own mechanical repair workshop will allow us to independently repair pumps, glue conveyor belts, sharpen bolts, cut and bend metal sheets, pipes, center shafts, press out high-pressure hoses, and so on. Moreover, not only the equipment of the factory will be repaired here, but also all the main divisions of the enterprise. The selection of equipment will allow you to perform the widest range of repairs. It is planned to install turning, milling, band-sawing, grinding, drilling machines, press-shears, hydraulic press and much more here ", - said the head of the factory Rustam Maksyutov. The cost of construction and installation work on the construction of a mechanical repair workshop is estimated at 80 million rubles ., another 32 ml. rub. the necessary equipment and tools will be purchased. The commissioning of the facility will create jobs for 25 people.
