The work of the central control room is of great importance for the stable operation of the production site of PJSC MMK. The central dispatching office is, in fact, the main control center of the enterprise, where all information about the work of PJSC MMK is collected in real time. This allows specialists to monitor the current state of all units and promptly respond to emergencies, as well as engage the appropriate services to eliminate them and reduce the forced downtime of the main technological equipment, which ultimately affects the implementation of the plant's production program. “The central dispatching office is a round-the-clock operation, the readiness to report the current situation at the enterprise to the head of any rank at any time,” stressed Valery Rybolovlev.
MMK-Informservice specialists, together with Siemens and the KonsOM SKS integrator company, implemented a pilot project to modernize the central mnemonic diagram of the automated information system of the Central Dispatching Plant (AIS CDK). The aim of the project was to improve the work of AIS CDC in terms of unifying approaches to obtaining primary data and solving integration problems, as well as to propose a new innovative approach to visualizing operational information about the current state of units, based on the principles of situational awareness.
Of key importance for the project was the modernization of the central mnemonic diagram of the plant, which displays real-time information about the current state of all the main technological units of the plant. Also, graphic primitives were developed, which formed the basis of the new version of the mnemonic scheme, giving it a more informative, but not overloaded look.
Within the framework of the project, more than 30 graphic primitives, 5 screen forms, including those for mobile devices, were developed. For the first time in Russia a prototype of 3D mnemonic circuits based on the WinCC Open Architecture platform is presented.
