Metalloinvest, a leading manufacturer and supplier of iron ore products and hot briquetted iron in the world market, one of the leading regional producers of high-quality steel, will increase the income of employees of the Company's enterprises from September 1, 2021.
The increase will amount to 5%, for which about 800 million rubles will be allocated by the end of 2021, taking into account deductions for social insurance.
The bulk of these funds will be used to ensure guaranteed wages growth by 3%. The remaining 2% of the increase fund will be allocated to increase the size of the current payments.
The salary increase will take place in two stages. From September 1, it will be increased for ordinary employees, and from October 1 - for line managers and managers of enterprises.

This is the second increase this year - since March 1, the incomes of employees of Metalloinvest enterprises have increased by 5%.
Over the past three years, the average monthly salary in the Company has increased, depending on the enterprise accounted for 32-35%.
Metalloinvest also implements a wide range of social programs for employees, their families and former employees. The Company allocated about 3.7 billion rubles in 2020 to support health and organization of recreation, preferential meals, compensations and payments in various life situations and other social programs, which is 22% more than a year earlier.
