Moscow, Russia - August 17, 2021 - Mechel PAO (MOEX: MTLR, NYSE: MTL) , a leading Russian mining and metallurgical company, announces the payment of dividends on preferred shares for 2020.
162.3 million rubles were allocated to pay dividends on the placed preferred shares of Mechel PAO. The amount of dividend accrued per preferred share amounted to 1 ruble 17 kopecks.
