Keeping a truck in perfect technical condition is important for many reasons. At least not to face numerous penalties. Mandatory technical inspection auto is back in practice, as the number of accidents from - for non-compliance with transport support standards. As a result, cars become a potential hazard to other road users.
Technical side of the inspection
In the course of daily operation, the truck is subjected to serious technical loads. Many mechanisms are quite designed for such operating conditions. But, natural and premature wear can adversely affect the technical condition of the truck. Timely technical inspection by specialists will achieve the following results:
1. Fix all mechanical and electronic breakdowns.
2. Point out critical moments in mechanics.
3. Prevent dangerous vehicles from entering public roads.
4. Minimize the risks of missed breakdowns by the driver.
5. Send the truck for a full repair in a timely manner.
Thanks to such checks, the trucks are subjected to a full inspection, breakdowns are fixed in a timely manner and subsequently both technical and electronic defects are corrected. If the technical inspection passed without fixing technical problems, the appropriate certificate is issued to the owner of the vehicle. It is necessary both for trips on internal roads and for travel outside the state.
Who can carry out technical inspection
Registration of the car does not matter. It can be either a brand new truck that has just rolled off the manufacturer's assembly line, or equipment that has been in operation for several years. In any case, all trucks must be inspected in a timely and complete manner for major technical problems. In Ukraine, this type of service can be handled by official representatives. The reason for the inspection are:
- cars that have changed ownership or are registered for the first time, within the first 10 days from the date of re-issuance of documents;
- trucks after they got in a traffic accident and important organs and mechanisms in control were affected;
- machines, during the operation of which serious technical violations were revealed in any control and braking mechanisms.
From technical inspection only vehicles that do not travel on public roads are exempted. The speed of movement, constructive, does not exceed 25 kilometers per hour.
