Igor Seliverstov is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. He was awarded a gold medal in 1996 for his thesis. After he studied in Russia, he was sent for an internship in Rome. There he presented a series of his creative works. In 1998 he worked on memorial compositions at the Jewish cemetery in St. Petersburg. 2004 was also a landmark year for the sculptor.
