Where you can carry luggage
For this purpose, special luggage areas and places for storing bags are provided in the cars. In high-speed intercity trains, a separate platform is provided for large suitcases. And for hand luggage above your head there are safe shelves. In a reserved seat, compartment or luxury carriage, there are also separate shelves and niches for bags. You can transport in a passenger car:
1. Personal items, including electronics.
2. The bicycle is disassembled in an additional case.
3. Folded wheelchair.
4. Small pets in special cages.
Large dogs can also be transported in carriages, but on condition that the passenger buys all the seats in the compartment. The dog will be collared, on a leash and muzzled. The safety of other passengers must be respected in any case.
If the weight of the luggage exceeds 36 kilograms
Even in this case, it is more profitable to use train services than a bus or a taxi car. An additional baggage check, which costs significantly less than a ticket for a passenger, will significantly increase the limit on the carriage of personal belongings in the car. Many trains have an additional baggage car for transporting especially heavy or bulky boxes, bags or suitcases.
