Shelvage M has been producing metal shelving since 2008. Each batch is monitored before shipment. The geometry of the racks and shelves, the quality of the coating, and the completeness of the fasteners are checked. The warranty for all products is 1 year. We ship all over Russia by transport companies: SDEK, Business Lines, PEC. Shipment is the next day after the prepayment, with the track number.
How is a metal shelving better than a wooden or plastic one?
The wooden shelf begins to bend under load - at first barely noticeably, then more and more strongly. A metal rack with shelves reinforced with stiffeners will not bend or break, even if the load is maximum.
Plastic becomes brittle during temperature changes. In an unheated garage or basement, a plastic shelf may crack after the first winter. Powder-coated or galvanized metal has been without maintenance for decades under the same conditions.
The racks of our metal prefabricated racks are perforated, with a hole pitch of 50 mm. The shelves can be adjusted in height without drilling or fitting, using wrenches.
Why shelving from "Shelving M" does not rust
All models are available in two coating options.
- The powder paint is applied electrostatically and baked at high temperature. It does not peel off and retains a neat appearance for a long time. Racks with such processing are placed in warehouses, shops, garages, offices, archives.
- Galvanization. Even on a scratch, metal does not rust - zinc oxidizes itself, preventing corrosion from going further. Galvanized prefabricated metal shelving is chosen for basements, greenhouses, open warehouses and any premises with constant humidity.

- Pallet (front) racks are used for warehouses with a loader. Designed for standard europallet sizes, the load per tier is up to 6 tons.
- Cantilever racks are used for long materials: pipes, boards, profiles, rolls. Racks along the edges, consoles across - no vertical barriers along the length.
