It is they who will take on most of the load when a building object is built on the basis. Another advantage of screw piles is the ability to install modular residential structures on them.

Fields of application of metal piles

They can be used not only for one-story, wooden, composite or brick buildings, but also for non-residential buildings. In addition, metal products have become very popular for the rapid construction of stable power lines. To other, equally used areas, it is worth adding:

modular residential and industrial facilities;

  • construction of buildings on slopes without additional excavation;
  • installation of essential equipment on a raised foundation;
  • if it is necessary to temporarily install a building, but on a solid foundation.

A small factor of dynamic loads created by people themselves and operating equipment can be added to the calculation. Iron pile foundations are the most profitable solution for one-story construction. And in some areas, the only possible solution in which it is generally possible to carry out the construction of a building or a foundation for equipment.
