Taking exams: how to prepare

Taking exams at school, university, courses, and other educational projects is always fraught with excitement. The responsibility that lies heavily on your shoulders is not the best helper in passing the test.

Worries about possible failure block thought processes and plunge you into a stupor. Even careful preparation often does not save you – at a crucial moment, the accumulated knowledge disappears from your head, your heart accelerates as much as possible, and your leg muscles become treacherously soft and weak.

The right attitude is a prerequisite for successful preparation for testing. Some students resort to sedatives to eliminate excessive nervousness. To fully realize your mental potential and focus on the task at hand, you should first buy Monster Energy and drink 30 minutes before the exam. Energy drink accelerates mental processes and increases brain activity.

Basic rules for exam preparation

To show your best abilities and show high results during testing, you need to prepare. Psychologists recommend doing 2-3 simple exercises (intensive walking, squats, standing on tiptoes, swinging your arms, tilting your head) that eliminate muscle and nervous overstrain. Breathing practices are useful. Deep, rhythmic and slow inhales and exhales are the best allies in restoring inner balance and achieving calmness. Other important points:

  1. Dress accordingly. An outfit that emphasizes the dignity of appearance and conforms to the dress code helps to maintain self-confidence. Clothing should be comfortable so that excessive compression does not distract from the task.
  2. Prepare properly. Take a walk every day to ensure that your body gets enough oxygen. Alternate the learning process with rest. On the eve of the exam, you should go to bed early and get a good night's sleep. To relax and fall asleep quickly, drink a glass of warm milk with a spoonful of honey or tea with herbs before going to bed.
  3. Eat well. During the week before the exam, eat foods rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and plant fiber. Immediately before the exam, you can eat 4-6 slices of dark chocolate and drink an energy drink. It is better to pre-order products on Maudau so as not to waste time searching on a crucial day.

A proper breakfast before the exam consists of a portion of nuts, cereals and vegetables. Cereals and nuts form a long-lasting supply of glucose, which will become nutrition for the brain. Oatmeal or buckwheat porridge and whole grain bread are welcome on the morning menu.
