GdeVagon.ru is a tracking system for any wagon and container. Here you can constantly find out where the carriage is located online, send the latest known data on the location of rolling stock. Services
The site can search for a container of the following types:
- In daily mode - data is sent 12 times during the day. RF, Belarus, Ukraine, RK, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, also China. Tariffication is provided every day.
Everything about the deployment of the container is sent up to 12 times a day - within every two hours. The time and number of updates will vary based on the location, state and mode of container movement.
The latest relevant information on the location of containers is offered. If the data in another answer coincided with the previous or the new answer is no, this means that there was not a single mark about the location on the container before.
The location data is updated at 23:50 Moscow time every two hours, starting at 00:00. May be up to 15 minutes late.
Setting to track the container is done manually. The first request is generated as soon as the request is created, further tracking requests are prepared every day at 11:50 pm and responses are sent when the information is updated until the car is removed from the track. Tracking starts immediately when a request is generated, the first response can be received as soon as the data update is scheduled. Both full and incomplete tracking days are paid. Accounting for any response and the formation of requests for the next day with this tracking mode is carried out at 23:50 Moscow time.
Please note that in the early days of tracking containers, outdated location data may come. This is due to the technical peculiarity of tracking containers in daily modes.
- In regulated mode.
This mode is available on the territory of the Russian Federation. The data on the location of the container is sent once a day according to the schedule by Moscow time.
Requests are processed according to the standard schedule from 17:00 to 08:00 on the next day. "Dalnevostochnoe" * schedule from 15:45 to 03:30 for the next day. All information arrives at the specified time, and may differ by about 15 minutes.
The "Far Eastern" schedule differs from the usual one only in the time of creating a request and receiving a response. This mode is comfortable for any region where there is a significant difference between local time and MSC. The type of schedule is selected in the settings on the tracking request page.
Please note that data for any container is updated only at those cargo stations where the container moves from one platform to another. For this reason, in order to get up-to-date location data, it is better:
- First, you need to search for a container by number. The response contains the number of the wagon (aka the number of the platforms on which the container is transported).
- Then, in a couple of days, tracking must be done by the platform number (following it like a wagon).
- And then we again search for a container online by number to find out what it is not moved to another platform.
- Then re-add container tracking using the current platform number.
Only as a result of alternating the request by container and platform number, you can get the most reliable data on the movement of containers along the route.
- Online across the Russian Federation.
This service is available only in the Russian Federation. The data is received approximately 5 minutes later (in some cases up to half an hour) after sending requests, throughout the day.
Internal way of working queries: data on the location of containers is updated only at those freight stations where it moves from one platform to another. For this reason, in order to obtain the most up-to-date information, during the request, the container is searched for both by its number and by the number of platforms on which it moves.
- On-line across the CIS countries and China - this service assumes a quick response in about 5 minutes in Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, RT, Kyrgyzstan and China.
The cargo can be tracked on the territory of Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as China.
It is possible to request a search for one or several states. The price of such a request is calculated as the sum of the price of the request for any selected search country.
