On February 1, 2026, Becker Stahl — Service GmbH appointed Torsten Gieseke as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In his new position, Torsten Gieseke will also join the boards of directors of the group's subsidiaries, Becker Aluminum — Service GmbH and Umformtechnik Stendal GmbH, which will further strengthen strategic coherence within the Becker Group.
Torsten Gieseke replaced Guido Kerkhoff, who served as interim CEO of the Becker Group in addition to his duties as CEO of Klöckner. & Co SE, the parent company of the Becker Group.
With more than 20 years of experience in the steel and automotive sectors, Torsten Gieseke has extensive industry knowledge and recognized experience in this position. His appointment marks an important step in ensuring continuity and supporting the further development of the group.
In the future, the Becker Group will be managed by a three-person team consisting of Torsten Gieseke (CEO), Joerg Kaiba (CFO) and Bernd Guttek (Executive Director).
