Ukraine can keep protection from dumping from China - the review continues

The Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (IITC) has begun reviewing anti-dumping measures regarding imports of seamless hot-formed steel pipes from China to Ukraine due to the expiration of their validity period. The decision was made on May 21, 2025, under the number AD-581/2025/441-01, according to the Uryadovy Courier.

The review procedure was initiated at the request of the Ukrainian pipe manufacturer Interpipe Niko Tube LLC. According to the conclusion of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the requirement contains sufficient evidence that the transformation of existing mayors may lead to the restoration of dumping and damage to the paternal industry.

The anti-dumping duties imposed in 2020 have been extended until the completion of the review conducted by the Ministry of Economy. In part, the voluntary price commitments of the Chinese manufacturer DP-Master Manufacturing Co., Ltd., adopted in 2023, remain in place.

The Ministry of Economy accepts documents from interested parties within 30 days from the date of publication of the message. Legal entities and individuals can submit an application for participation in the review and provide information confirming their interest and position on the subject of the review.
