On June 9, the Economic Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region opened bankruptcy proceedings against JSC Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Combine (Kryvbaszalizrudkom, KZRK).

As noted, a moratorium has been imposed on satisfying creditors' claims and a procedure for disposing of the debtor's property has been introduced until November 26, 2025.
Arsen Yurinets, the arbitration administrator, has been appointed as the administrator of the KZRK debtor's property.
Bankruptcy proceedings were opened at the request of the creditor, LLC "Your Energy Supplier", to whom the plant owed more than UAH 212.7 million for electricity supplied in January-March 2025 (including penalties and inflationary losses).
The debtor's bankruptcy application was filed by LLC "Your Energy Supplier" on May 23, 2025, after which KPRK paid about 55.9 million UAH to the supplier. consequently, the creditor's monetary claims against the debtor are fixed at the level of 156.9 million UAH of the principal debt (turn 4) and 96.2 thousand UAH of expenses for the payment of the court fee and advance payment of remuneration to the arbitration administrator (1st queue).
It is noted that the preliminary court hearing on the bankruptcy case of kzrk is scheduled for August 5, 2025.
