Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises produced 4.26 million tons of steel in January-July, which is 7% less than in the same period last year.
At the same time, according to the Ukrmetallurgprom enterprises association, in 7 months since the beginning of the year, pig iron production in Ukraine increased by 6.7% year-on-year and amounted to 4.36 million tons.
The production of rolled products for 7 months amounted to 3.62 million, which reflects a decrease of 2.8% year-on-year.
