Honghua International Ukraine LLC won the tender of Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC (UGV) to order services for the maintenance of power equipment for the modernization of Uralmash 4E drilling rigs worth UAH 36.4 million. This is reported in the Prozorro system, as well as in the periodicals ExPro Gas & Oil Daily Procurement and ExPro Gas & Oil Weekly.
The deadline for the provision of services is December 31, 2022. The auction was held with the participation of one company in the absence of competition and available alternatives.
The use of a non-standard, negotiated procurement procedure from the company is justified by the fact that under an agreement signed in June 2018 with the parent company of Honghui International Ukraine - Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment for the supply of 16 sets of power equipment for the modernization of Uralmash 4E drilling rigs, a prerequisite was the creation of a service center on the territory of Ukraine for servicing these drilling rigs.
In addition, in order to commission the equipment and ensure its operation, the Ukrburgaz drilling rig and Honghui International Ukraine LLC entered into 2 more contracts (in 2019 and 2020rr), under which 11 sets of equipment were put into operation.
Note that the service center of Honghui International Ukraine LLC is the only authorized center of the machine tool manufacturer in Ukraine. In 2021, the Chinese company will commission 4 sets of power equipment for the modernization of Uralmash 4E drilling rigs when drilling wells: No. 100 of the Spepnoy gas condensate field, No. 1 of the Marchenkivskoy area, No. 364 of the Yablunivsky oil and gas condensate field, No. 1 of the North-Steppe areas.
