Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC for January-October 2019 sent 1,003 billion hryvnia in rental payments to the local budgets in the territory of which the company produces hydrocarbons, the press service of the company reported.
5% of rental payments for October 2019, which is about 76.5 million hryvnia, will go to the budgets of various levels of 11 regions.
Most of these funds are concentrated in two gas producing regions: Kharkiv and Poltava.
Local budgets of various levels in the Kharkiv region will receive UAH 36.95 million, in the Poltava region - UAH 33.56 million, in the Lviv region - UAH 2.88 million and in the Dnipropetrovsk region - UAH 1.6 million.
The remaining 1.46 million hryvnia in rental payments for October 2019 was sent to Ivano-Frankivsk, Lugansk, Sumy, Volyn, Chernivtsi, Transcarpathian and Donetsk regions.
In total, the consolidated budget of the country will receive about UAH 20.06 billion in rent payments from Ukrgasvydobuvannya for 10 months of 2019.
