TMK has started supplying thermally insulated heated tees for pipelines in the North

The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) supplied the customer with large-diameter die-welded tees with a thermal insulation coating and a heating cable installation system. The products produced in cooperation with TMK's Chelyabinsk enterprises will be used for pipeline construction during field development in regions with difficult climatic conditions.

The products are manufactured in cooperation with the Chelyabinsk enterprises of the company: TMK Steel Technologies plant and pipe and electric welding workshop (CHP) No. 6 TMK Pipeline Solutions (TMK TR), a branch of TMK. Equal-pass die-welded tees with a diameter of 1,420 mm are equipped with tubes for inductive-resistive heating cables necessary for heating substances transported along the highway, and are also covered with a metal polymer shell and polyurethane foam insulation.
