Vice Premier of China, Liu He, head of the negotiating group countries according to the Chinese-American trade negotiations, will sign an agreement titled "First step" in Washington next week, said the Ministry of Commerce of China on Thursday.
Liu will visit Washington from 13 to 15 January, told the official representative of the Chinese Ministry Gao Feng.
President of the United States Donald trump said on 31 December that the first phase of the deal with China will be signed on 15 January at the White house. Trump also said he would sign the agreement with "senior representatives of China," and that he later will travel to Beijing to begin negotiations on the next step.
