international trade Commission United States initiated a preliminary anti-dumping investigation against the imported seamless standard and line pipe of special and carbon steels, and seamless pipes high pressure from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Korea and Russia.
the Initiator of the investigation was made by a subsidiary of French company Vallourec - Vallourec Star (Houston), said in message Commission.
the Commission's Report will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Commerce for a decision until 31 August 2020.
