Machine builders will create a mine hoisting machine with a 6.3 m diameter split drum, onto which a rope will be wound, driving the cage. This gigantic gearbox mechanical part will require 235 tons of steel. The machine was sized to improve the efficiency of ore mining at the Pereverzevskoye deposit.
The lifting machine will be able to simultaneously serve six horizons along the shaft. The double-deck cage will lower and raise people, trolleys with materials, oversized cargo or components of complex mechanisms.
One ascent from a depth of 940 m will last 215 seconds. During this time, the machine can move 60 miners or 15 tons of cargo.
When lowering or lifting people at a speed of 6 m /s, one electric motor is used, and when working with a heavy load, two electric motors are used, which will move the cage along the trunk in 8 m /s. To this end, Corum Group adopted a non-standard technical solution when introducing special equipment.
To ensure safe lifting, the machine will be equipped with a disc hydraulic brake system and electric motors with variable frequency drive. They were made to order.
