At the exhibition of mining equipment manufactured by Corum Group (DTEK) bvl, taking place on August 26-27 in Kharkov, a completely new CLS550P shearer is presented for working in ultra-thin seams, which are relevant for Ukrainian mining and geological conditions. There is no analogue to this combine in Ukraine at the moment.
“I am glad that on the eve of Miner's Day we met with our partners and clients at CorumExpo. Today we are presenting a new unique development not only for our company, but also for the whole country - the CLS550P shearer. It is capable of producing up to 10 tons of coal per minute in a very thin seam, from 0.85 m. The harvester is fully automated and guarantees safety for the miners who service it. I am grateful to our partners for their trust. We are proud that we are proving that Ukraine can produce modern and demanded equipment of the highest level, ”commented Mikhail Potapov, head of Corum Group.
At the exhibition, in which more than 120 partners and clients of the company take part, the equipment produced by the factories "Corum Svet Shakhtyora" and "Corum Druzhkovsky Machine-Building Plant" is presented, in particular: shearers CLS450 and KA200, a heading complex KNF, a drilling machine BPR , crushing devices, conveyor pans, support sections DTM and 3KD90TS, transformer substations KTPRN-400 /6-0.4. And also a new development: the unique CLS550P shearer.

And the debut CLS550P combine will arrive for testing in mine conditions at DTEK Pavlogradugol. I am confident that the new technology will help us to extract even more coal to achieve energy independence in Ukraine. ”
