Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant in January-March this year increased its output by 15.5% compared to the same period last year - up to 148.93 thousand tons. For the first three months, the production of silicomanganese increased by 22.7% - up to 143.48 thousand tons, while the production of ferromanganese and other ferroalloys decreased by 54.7%, to 5.45 thousand tons (including ferromanganese produced 4.97 thousand tons).
Zaporozhye Ferroalloy Plant in January-March this year reduced output by 13.2% compared to the same period last year - up to 37.53 thousand tons. For the first three months of the year, the plant reduced the production of silicomanganese by 26.7% - to 13.89 thousand tons, but increased ferrosilicon - by 4.2%, to 12.56 thousand tons, and reduced ferromanganese - by 15.9%, to 9.7 thousand tons. The enterprise also increased the production of metallic manganese - by 97.1%, up to 1.38 thousand tons. In March, the enterprise produced 2.64 thousand tons of ferroalloys, while in February - 16.44 thousand tons, in January - 21.09 thousand tons.
