In August, 507 commercial vehicles (trucks and special vehicles) were registered in Ukraine. Consequently, in relation to the August 2021 indicator, the market for new commercial vehicles decreased by 62%, and the decrease from the previous month was almost 15%, Ukrautoprom reports.
Among new commercial vehicles, RENAULT vehicles were the most in demand last month, with 81 units registered. MERCEDES-BENZ is in second place with 72 units. SCANIA has the third line of the rating - 58 units.
The fourth result belongs to DAF - 40 units. The TOP-5 of the rating is closed by VOLKSWAGEN, 39 new commercial vehicles of which received their first registration numbers last month.
In total, since the beginning of the year, 4.3 thousand new commercial vehicles have been registered in Ukraine, which is almost 56% less than in the same period in 2021.
