Pig iron smelting increased by 1% to 15.475 million tonnes compared to the same period last year (APPG), steel smelting - by 4% - to 16.4 million tonnes, finished metal production increased by 2% and amounted to 14.093 million tonnes.
In November 2019, production of the main types of products is forecasted in the following volumes: pig iron - about 1.70 million tons, steel - 1.75 million tons, finished rolled products - 1.60 million tons.
