“The construction market is showing positive results this year. The volume of construction of infrastructure facilities, commercial real estate, transport, industrial, retail is growing ... Construction costs of the state in infrastructure facilities are growing, the population continues to invest their own funds, companies are investing and reinvesting money in construction, ”commented Vitaliy Boyko, founder of Urban Experts and NAI Ukraine .

According to him, the main limiting factor for the development of the construction industry in Ukraine is the lack of credit and low participation of banks in the construction industry, especially in the residential and commercial sectors.

“This significantly hinders the growth of the construction industry - primarily in commercial real estate, that is, where it is unlikely to attract money from the population. It is because of this that the current situation in the construction industry is far from the maximum result that can be in Ukraine, "the expert summed up.
