On November 20, 2019, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was held at PJSC Energomashspetsstal (EMSS). The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the financial, economic and administrative activities of the enterprise. One of the main issues on the agenda was the election of the general director of the company.
By the decision of the shareholders and their representatives present at the meeting, Vitaly Nikolayevich Gnezditsky was re-elected to the position of General Director of PJSC Energomashspetsstal. For the first time, Vitaly Nikolaevich was elected to this position in 2014.
Prior to joining Energomashspetsstal in 2006, Vitaly Gnezditskiy worked for over 20 years in executive positions in such companies as Ukoinvest JSC, Ukrmiskpromplus Trading House, Enakievsky Metallurgical Plant JSC.

PJSC Energomashspetsstal is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of special cast and forged products of individual and small-scale production for metallurgy, shipbuilding, energy (wind, steam, hydro, nuclear) and general engineering.
