PJSC "Zaporozhogneupor" has started the active phase of the installation of gas cleaning equipment for bag filters with pulse regeneration - at the production site for fireclay products of the aluminosilicate shop. The company's investments in the installation of new gas cleaning systems will amount to UAH 12 million.
Reconstruction and installation of nine new gas cleaning systems for fireclay production is carried out in accordance with the environmental modernization program of Zaporozhgneupor. Filtration of waste emissions with bag filters is the most efficient way to capture fine dust. Commissioning of the equipment will provide air purification from dust - up to 20 mg /m³. All captured dust will be recycled back to production.
“Over the past five years, Zaporozhgneupor has invested more than UAH 30 million in environmental projects to maintain the condition of equipment. The installation of a new generation of gas purifiers will reduce the burden on the environment and improve working conditions in the areas of the aluminosilicate shop, "said Sergey Goman, General Director of Zaporozhgneupor.
Manufacturing and installation of filters is carried out by the Ukrainian manufacturer of gas cleaning equipment NPP Dneproenergostal LLC. As part of the capital construction, dismantling works have been carried out, compressed air networks are being laid, electrical networks and filters are being installed. Installation work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
