Ukraine in 2020 increased the export of semi-finished products from carbon steel and pig iron by 6.3% and 20.3%, respectively. This is reported by the State Customs Service (GTS) of the country.
At the same time, in 2020, the export of semi-finished products from carbon steel in monetary terms decreased by 3.8% to $ 2.75 billion, and the export of pig iron in monetary terms increased by 15% to $ 0.92 billion .
The main export of semi-finished products was carried out to Italy (26.27% of deliveries in monetary terms), Turkey (16.7%) and China (8.65%), and pig iron exports to the USA (58.49% of deliveries in monetary terms) terms), China (21.85%) and Turkey (5.95%).
