PJSC Severstal supported the traditional rock festival "Bell Time", which was attended by the real "legends" of the Russian village - Chizh & Co, Va-Bank, Kalinov Most and Mikhail Bashakov. The events were held on October 30-31 in Cherepovets.
In 2020, the Festival was not held due to pandemic restrictions. In 2021, for the first time, the Festival was held in Cherepovets not in the Ice Palace, but on a more intimate area, in the Palace of Chemists. This adjusted the audience and changed the format of the events. To create safe conditions, according to the restrictions imposed, the capacity of the hall did not exceed 50%, the concert program of the festival lasted for two days.
On October 30, rock singer Mikhail Bashakov and the legendary Chizh & Co took the stage.
On October 31, the groups "Va-Bank", led by the charismatic Alexander Sklyar (the first visit of the popular group to Cherepovets) and "Kalinov Most" by Dmitry Revyakin, performed in front of the audience.
Local rock bands took part in the festival this year.
The Bell Time Festival, including with the support of Severstal, has been held in Cherepovets since 2015 in honor of the famous mountain bard and poet Alexander Bashlachev. Over the years, such famous groups and performers as "Alice", "Brigada S", "Night Snipers", Vyacheslav Butusov and Vadim Samoilov, Inna Zhelannaya and Yuri Kasparyan, as well as others have participated in it.
