In 2021, from the funds of the innovation fund of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee & bsp; for the development of the material and technical base of the industrial laboratory, five units of scientific equipment will be purchased: a machine for testing steel wire for torsion, an installation for testing for hardenability according to Jominy, quenching baths for heat treatment of rolled samples (a set of 2 units), an image analysis system for studies of the macrostructure and appearance of rolled samples, an automatic grinding and polishing system for high-quality preparation of samples for metallographic studies.
As of 01.11.2021. BMZ maintains in force 8 certificates of conformity of the quality management system to the requirements of international standards and 52 certificates of conformity for the production of various types of products (hot-rolled rebar in bars, long products, rebar, cold-rolled wire in coils, pipes, fiber, ribbed and smooth wire rod). p>

Based on their results, the validity period was either extended for another 3-year period (ISO 9001 /TUV Thurige, STB ISO 9001 /CJSC Technical Institute for Certification and Testing /BelGISS, BS EN ISO 9001 /CARES, IATF 16949 /TUV Rheilad), or the validity of certificates of conformity was confirmed (TUV NORD Systems /Germany; API /American Petroleum Institute).
Based on the results of 18 external product audits carried out in 9 months of 2021, the validity of certificates of compliance with the requirements of European standards and Belarus for pipe production was confirmed , hot-rolled reinforcement, cold-worked reinforcing wire, & bsp; wire rod (smooth) and ribbed reinforcement in coils and fibers.
