This week, experts from Russia worked at the plant for two days as part of the evaluation of OJSC “BMZ, the management company of the holding“ BMK ”as a finalist for the CIS Prize for achievements in the field of product and service quality (2nd stage of the competition) and Kazakhstan.
The goal of the experts - Madina Kanatovna Mukatova, expert of the 1st category of the Department of Social Initiatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" and Sergey Dmitrievich Chertov, head of the Lipetsk Center for Innovation Management (RF) - was to confirm the information , presented earlier by the plant in the report of the contestant for the CIS Prize (1st stage of the competition).
& bsp; & bsp; The program of the experts' stay at BMZ was very eventful. In addition to an introductory tour of the enterprise, they held a number of meetings with managers, talked to the staff. Among the questions of interest - corporate culture, development of a strategy, mission, vision, values, ethical standards, as well as goals in different areas of activity, determination of directions for improving management systems and organization activities, results for business and society. During the peer review, the emphasis was on confirming the implementation at all levels of the enterprise of such criteria of the Award Model as "Leadership", "Personnel", "Partnership and Resources", "Processes".
& bsp; & bsp; - It is not the first time that BMZ has taken part in the CIS competition in the field of quality, and each time you confirm that you are the best in your practice not only in Belarus, but also occupy a leading position in metallurgy in the CIS space. I was already at the plant in 2011 and I can say that a big modernization has taken place here. You have developed your own development strategy, you have a clear understanding of your mission, very qualified personnel, - Madina Kanatovna Mukatova noted at the end of the work.
& bsp; & bsp; & bsp; & bsp; Experts will submit their opinion to the jury of the competition in the near future. The results of the competition will be announced in early 2020 at a meeting of the CIS Interstate Council.

BMZ also has numerous victories in various competitions in the field of quality at the republican level.
