Steel wire ropes have passed an independent inspection, including those using plastically compressed strands. Crimping increases the abrasion resistance of the wires and provides a more even load distribution. This extends the service life of the ropes and reduces wear on the equipment.
The inspection was carried out by a specialized certification company. The auditors analyzed the production technology and test results of finished products, assessed the condition of the equipment and measuring instruments, as well as the quality management system of the plant.
Based on the results of the audit, the validity of the certificates of conformity of BMK ropes to all the requirements for these products was confirmed. p>
“Hoist ropes make up more than 20% of the total output of BMK rope products. They are supplied to about 10 large companies in the oil and gas industry.
