Today, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) have signed a memorandum of understanding within the framework of the Russian-Saudi Investment Forum in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
The document was signed Dmitry Pumpyansky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TMK; and Mohammed al-Kakhtani, Senior Vice President for Exploration and Production of Saudi Aramco. The memorandum provides for the development of cooperation in promising areas for both companies.
The Russian-Saudi Investment Forum (Saudi-Russian CEO Forum) is held on October 14 as part of the state visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is organized by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Saudi Arabia's General Investment Authority (SAGIA) and the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships (SCISP). A delegation of TMK headed by Dmitry Pumpyansky takes part in the events of the forum.
As part of the Russian delegation, Dmitry Pumpyansky also took part in the first constituent meeting of the Russian-Saudi Council on Economic Affairs, which included leading representatives of the business circles of both countries ... The meeting was held in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Crown Prince and Defense Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammad bin Salman Al Saud.
