During the investment with the participation of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, a project of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant (MMK) was presented for the further development of the infrastructure in the area of the popular Bannoye ski resort in the Abzelilovsky district of the republic.
PJSC “MMK” on social issues, Alexei Globa spoke about the promising investment project to create “Glamping“ eco -tree -2 ”, which involves the construction of environmental guest complexes inscribed in the natural landscape without damage to the environment.
According to Alexei Globa , the project is similar to the already popular Eco-Derevnya complex and will be located next to it. The scaling of this recreation format will be another important step in the development of the recreational system of the ski resort and ecotourism in the region.
The first complex of “eco-tree”, which opened in December 2023 in the immediate vicinity (200 m) from the ski center "Bann", includes 20 separate guest-assembly houses with a category of 4 stars. Houses with modern decoration are equipped with equipment, kitchen and panoramic windows. Each of them has its own veranda and a barbecue area. Glamping infrastructure includes a central clearing with bonfires and sun loungers, walking paths, relaxation arbors, cafes and parking, a modern bath complex.
The complex is very in demand and is already well familiar not only to vacationers from Magnitogorsk and Bashkortostan, but guests from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk regions and other regions of the country and near abroad.
