in the framework of the forum, the leaders of the company, fund and partner organizations summed up the results of volunteer activities in 2024 a year and awarded the best volunteers and curators of volunteer events. Among the employees of TMK, 11 volunteers and 10 curators received awards. Among the projects they organized - social, sports, environmental initiatives, donor actions, career guidance work with schoolchildren and students, the arrangement of tourist trails and much more.
In the nomination "Project of the Year", the project "Meeting of generations" was the winner dedicated to the support of veterans of TMK enterprises, which was developed at the last forum of volunteers and successfully implemented at the Pervouralol Newburn Plant (PNTZ), which is part of TMK. . The main motive of volunteers is a sincere desire to help people, improve and develop cities where they live and work. It is important to give them tools for implementation, to provide not only financial, but also information support. We expect that the forum participants will become the ambassadors of the volunteer movement at their enterprises and, involving like -minded people in their work, will be able to together find a solution to many relevant tasks, ”said Natalya Levitskaya, president of the Sinara BF.

She noted that over the past two years, the number of participants in the corporate volunteering program at TMK enterprises has increased three times, as well as the number of projects they implemented in various fields of activity. The final part of the forum was a strategic session, within the framework of which the teams of enterprises presented the volunteer initiatives they developed. According to the results of the expert jury and the participants themselves, three projects were selected, which will be implemented at all enterprises by the forces of volunteers. Among them is the initiative to form an environment for accessing books on enterprises, involving employees in book exchange. Also, among the voting leaders, the project of the Volga Pipe Plant (VTZ) “Fairy Tale in every house”, within the framework of which volunteers plan to provide assistance to families raising children with health characteristics. Another initiative that will be implemented at enterprises is the project of the Chelyabinsk TMK enterprises: Chelyabinsk Pipel -rolling plant (CHTPZ), TMK steel technologies and the Chelyabinsk metal structures (ChSMK) under the name “I Remember and Proud!”. It is devoted to preserving the memory of the feat of the Soviet people and the participation of employees in events in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
