TMK supports the regional Silver Archer Award – Ural

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), as a territorial partner, has supported the XIII Silver Archer Regional Communications Award – Ural, at the same time acting as the curator of the nomination "Internal corporate communications and corporate media".

The projects in five nominations were evaluated by 14 experts of the jury, chaired by Fyodor Klimkin, Director of Public Relations and Strategic Communications at TMK. The shortlist of the award includes 17 projects that claimed to win in the categories "Communications in the field of sustainable development: social and environmental projects", "Marketing communications", "Internal corporate communications and corporate media", "Promotion of state and public programs" and "Development and promotion of territories".

Based on the results of the jury's evaluation, TMK awarded the Grand Prix to the Invisible Cinema inclusive project of ANO Creative Industries of the Urals, which combined the socialization of people with disabilities and the idea of promoting local culture. The authors adapt films by Ural directors for the visually impaired and blind, and in 2024 they organized the All-Russian inclusive film festival in the Chelyabinsk Region.

"The initiative for the social adaptation of visually impaired people through cinema is wonderful in itself, but the authors received the Silver Archer not for the project itself, but for its communication support. With a well—developed strategy, a wide range of tools, and remarkable results, I wish Invisible Cinema a victory at the national award and further development of the project," said Fyodor Klimkin.

In the nomination "Internal Corporate Communications and Corporate Media" supervised by TMK, the project of the Brusnika development company "How we make brand media of a new level: The Brusniki City Magazine" was recognized as the winner. The award was presented to the winner by the head of TMK's digital media department, Ayla Belousova.

"Today, there is an acute shortage of personnel in a number of industries, and it is necessary not only to find new employees, but also to retain the team already working in the company. Internal communications and corporate media play an important role in this process. We at TMK understand this, which is why we are actively developing our own corporate communication channels, in particular the Trubnik Online brand media. I am pleased to note that the project that we are overseeing has won, which just shows and proves that corporate and brand media are successfully developing," said Ayla Belousova.
