Shareholders and participants of eight key controlled companies have approved the merger with PJSC TMK (MOEX: TRMK) as part of the company's transition to a single share.
The relevant decisions were made by the shareholders of JSC VTZ, JSCPNTZ", JSC "STZ", JSC "SinTZ", JSC "TAGMET", JSC"CHELPIPE" and JSC"TD"TMK", as well as the meeting of participants of LLC "TMK TR" on August 7, 2025.
Earlier, on July 31, 2025, the decision to switch to a single share as a result of the merger of controlled companies with the parent company was approved by the shareholders of PJSC TMK.
