The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has won gold for the fifth time in the Ranking of the best employers in Russia, compiled according to a study by the Forbes business magazine.
According to the methodology, the participants were divided into four groups — "Platinum", "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze" — in accordance with the level of development of the three areas — "Ecology", "Employees and society" and"Corporate Governance". TMK has demonstrated high results in these indicators, including the highest "platinum" rating of the "Corporate Governance" component.

The rating of the best employers in Russia has been compiled since 2019 by the Forbes business magazine, according to the current methodology, participants have been evaluated since 2021. The estimates are based on questionnaires, annual reports, and sustainability reports. The 2025 rating includes 205 companies compared to 168 a year earlier, and the number of "platinum" employers has increased from 26 to 30.
