In the year of the 25th anniversary of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), TMK2U Corporate University has established an open award in the field of personnel management "New APEX". The award is awarded to companies and organizations from various industries and is aimed at identifying and publicly recognizing effective HR practices and innovative projects. Applications are open until August 31.
Participants are divided into nine categories: "APEX – Balance" — projects in the field of tangible and intangible motivation of personnel, "APEX – Magic" — solutions in the field of automation and digitalization of HR processes, "APEX - Energy" – initiatives to increase employee engagement and prevent burnout, "APEX – Navigation — projects in the field of career guidance, career trajectory development and work with the management reserve, APEX – System — comprehensive solutions aimed at integrating key HR functions (recruitment, adaptation, development and retention of personnel), AREKH - Resonance — development projects HR brands, "AREH – Profit" — commercial projects, "AREH – Evolution" — young projects that have demonstrated rapid growth throughout the year, and "AREH – Atmosphere" — initiatives in the field of corporate culture, safety and well-being of employees. According to the results of the competition, the winner of the Grand Prix "New APEX" will be determined among all participants.
The award will be held in two stages: the correspondence examination of applications by an independent jury and the face-to-face public defense of projects. The assessment will be based on the following criteria: relevance, innovation, technology, measurable business effect, sustainability of results, impact on corporate culture, reputation and leadership. The jury of the competition will include the heads of large companies in various business areas with deep expertise in their field.
