TMK shared its management development experience with EVRAZ

TMK2U Corporate University of the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) shared with representatives of the mining and metallurgical company EVRAZ best practices and best practices in improving the efficiency of administrative and managerial personnel. The event was held in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky, Sverdlovsk region, at the site of the Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ), part of TMK.

During the visit, the guests visited the pipe rolling workshop No. 3, where they examined the organizational management of the production process using the example of the unit, visited the SinTZ training ground and the TubeHiTech information and educational platform, got acquainted with modern methods of training and advanced training of employees, as well as students of specialized educational institutions.

The key event was a round table where specialists from TMK2U Corporate University and SinTZ presented their best practices and successful cases in the field of administrative and management personnel development. The participants discussed issues of employee motivation, the introduction of performance assessment and certification systems, and considered modern approaches to ensuring occupational safety and industrial safety at production sites, including the experience of large-scale TMK Occupational Safety Weeks and the successful operation of the TMK Ideas Exchange corporate innovation system.
