The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) is launching a project dedicated to the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) on Victory Day. As part of the initiative, employees of the company and its enterprises will be able to tell a wide audience about their relatives who participated in the Great Patriotic War. The project will be valid indefinitely.
Data on veterans is collected in an online format on the project's page on the brand media platform "Trubnik Online". The employee must provide information about the relative, his participation in the Great Patriotic War, as well as attach the available historical photographs. If necessary, the materials will undergo editorial review and revision, and then they will be published on the "Trubnik Online" portal.
"TMK carefully preserves the historical memory of the contribution of its enterprises and their employees to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The launch of the corporate equivalent of the Immortal Regiment will allow us to collect and systematize information about relatives of factory workers who took part in military operations or worked in the rear, and provide access to these materials to a wide audience. This will help us strengthen the bond between generations and will contribute to efforts to perpetuate the feat of our ancestors who fought for Victory," said Fyodor Klimkin, TMK's Director of Public Relations and Strategic Communications.
The initiative was a continuation of the project that was launched at the brand media site "Trubnik Online" in 2025 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. On a separate page, the stories of employees of enterprises who participated in the Second World War as part of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Red Army) were posted. Also last year, the corporate newspaper proTMK for the first time published the most complete history of the 30th Ural Volunteer Tank Corps, to the formation of which TMK enterprises made a decisive contribution.
