Possibility of implementation of technology using rolls of high pressure are increasingly considering large companies, and designing new enterprises. The development of the laboratory plant grinding rolls will allow scientists Uralmehanobr reasonably to assess the feasibility of applying this technological equipment in the schemes of processing of mineral raw materials.
the Exact calculation of sizes of rolls can only be performed on the results of tests on pilot plants. "Uralmekhanobr" is planning to organize a plot to test the process of crushing materials using high-pressure rolls. Equipment the Institute will use the terms of the lease. The corresponding agreement has been signed with Mierals Weir ("Weir minerals"), which produces such equipment. Currently, the Institute's specialists are developing a setup project of shredding rolls. Delivery of equipment to the Institute is planned by the end of this year.
