First the technology of fine screening Derrick running on four sections of the concentrator plant on 3 September 2019. By the end of 2020 at the sections with fine screening is expected to produce 3.7 million tons of concentrate.
Doobogascheny concentrate of increased iron content and lowered content of silicon dioxide is as an independent commercial products and raw materials for the production of high quality pellets in the pelletizing plant of the Mikhailovsky GOK.
currently, the mill ships premium pellets from concentrate the thin grating at Ural Steel, Kosogorsky MZ and Tulachermet.

In the framework of the new technologies we introduced another stage of classification of product by size method of screening, and thus raised the iron content in the concentrate by 2 percentage points".
currently, the Mikhailovsky GOK is the second phase of the project is the construction of a new building for the enrichment of the concentrate with the use of highly efficient equipment – screens Derriсk, mills and flotation plants.
Thus, the results of the second phase in 2022, the entire concentration stage of the MMPP switched to the production of high quality concentrate on the new technology - with iron content up to 70% in volume of 16.9 million tons per year.
